SCROLLING THROUGH SCRIPTURE: Does the Scrolling Through Scripture lesson have specific times for the weekly lessons or is it at one's own pace?
That is an excellent question. You can start a course at any time. Once you start, you will receive one new lesson each week. Rabbi Daniel Lapin covers a lot of material in each, and felt that it was important for participants to have time between lessons to fully absorb each week's teaching. I would also note, that if you miss a week, the system will still continue to release the lessons based on when you first started the course. So in that sense, yes, you could let a few build up and move through them at your own pace. And once they are released you can go back to previous ones to review at any time.
How do I sign up for Thought Tools, Ask the Rabbi, and Susan’s Musings emails?
Simply click this link and enter your information to receive free weekly teachings from Rabbi Daniel Lapin and Susan Lapin.
Is the email ending with @d.kajabimail.net legit?
The short answer is yes. We recently changed our email server from Constant Contact to Kajabi. If you are not seeing your regular emails, please check your junk/spam folders for the emails, and you likely need to re-add our new sending email [email protected] to your safe senders list.
What Bible does Rabbi Lapin use and refer to in his writings and online courses?
For years people have been asking us to recommend a Bible and we finally have one to recommend. Rabbi Daniel Lapin recommends this Bible and uses it himself in both daily study and in teaching. The Hebrew text retains exactly the same two types of paragraph breaks found in an authentic Torah scroll. The English translation is as good as can be found. You can purchase it directly from our store.
